16:00 - 16:30 Tap - Primary

This class is suitable for those continuing on from Preparatory or starting Tap aged 7years and above. Continuingn to teach the fundamentals of Tap. Through barre and centre practice you will learn basic steps along with technique. Girls wear black leotard, black Tap shoes and white ankle socks. Boys wear black shorts, white t-shirt, black Tap shoes and white ankle socks.

For those who wish to develop their performance skills. In this class you will learn solos, duets, trios and group numbers in a variety of styles and perform these in front of an audience in full costume and makeup at shows, competitions and our examination sessions. Suitable for those who study at least two separate dance subjects, preferably Ballet and Tap. Wear appropriate dancewear and shoes for the routines being learnt.

Ideal for those dancers who wish to improve their strength and flexibility. This class begins with a warm-up and basic stretches before being given time and support to work on your own personal goals. Suitable for all ages.  Wear appropriate dancewear, bare feet or Jazz or Ballet shoes.

18:45 - 19:30 Pointe Work Class

A class designed for dancers with excellent Ballet technique who are ready for starting and improving their pointe technique. This class will focus on both pre-pointe and pointe work. Dancers must be a minimum of Grade Four Ballet with strong ankles and feet.

19:30 - 20:00 Adult Tap - Grade Five

Suitable for those who have had some Tap training before. Through a warm-up, barre and centre practice this class will continue to improve your Tap technique whilst building your stamina and musicality. Tap shoes with both ball & heel taps are essential.

20:00 - 20:45 Adult Ballet - Improvers

This class will continue to develop your movement vocabulary using the principles and techniques introduced in Absolute Beginners Ballet. By linking basic steps together, you will continue to strengthen your core and develop your strength, confidence and poise. Wear comfortable clothing but not too loose. Beginners, Improvers & Intermediates require soft ballet shoes.
